Information on the processing of personal data
This policy describes the methods of processing users' personal data (below, also the "Users") who consult the ttsai.pro site (below, also "Site"). This information refers only to the Site and, in particular to the processing of personal data relating to users who browse it and does not extend to other websites that may be consulted by hyperlink or to the processing related to the use of specific services such as newsletters, submission of applications, requests for association. The information is made pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter the "Regulation").

Categories of data treated
a) Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet. In this category of data include the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed for the purpose of:– obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.); – check the proper functioning of the services offered.
b) Cookies
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the User's
terminal, where they are stored, and then are retransmitted to the same sites
on the next visit. The Site uses:Cookies analytics used to collect information,
in aggregate form, on the number of Users and how they visit the Site. In
particular, the Site makes use of the Google Analytics service, whose policy
can be viewed at this link. In order to respect the privacy of our Users, the
service is used with the "_anonymizeIp" mode that allows you to mask
the IP addresses of users browsing the Site (more information about the
functionality can be found at this link). The data are collected for the sole purpose of
processing statistical information on the use of the Site and to verify the
correct functioning of the site. Cookies are not used for user profiling
activities. These cookies are stored for a period not exceeding 6 months from
the moment of collection, unless their further storage is necessary for the
detection of crimes. The User may choose to disable cookies by intervening on
the settings of his browsing browser according to the instructions made
available by the relevant suppliers to the following links:

Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for these treatments is to be found in the institutional tasks entrusted to the Presidency Committee, aimed at promoting knowledge, development and dissemination of instruments for the implementation of the social object.
Categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed and the purpose of the communication
The data controller may communicate, for the pursuit of the above purposes, some personal data also to third parties who provide a service to the data controller and who will process such personal data as data controllers. The list of data controllers can be requested from the Data Controller at any time, writing to privacy@entd.org
Data transfer outside
the EU
Some of the third-party suppliers used by the Data Controller reside in the United States of America. To this end, service agreements have been concluded with those providers pursuant to Art. 28 of the Rules of Procedure.
Rights of data subjects
Users of the Site, as interested parties, may exercise, in the cases
provided for, the rights granted to them by the GDPR (art. 15 and ss.). These
rights may be exercised by sending an e-mail to the address privacy@entd.org,
